Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to undergo trial and give informed written consent. Patients of either sex above 20 years and below 60 years of age. Excised cases of Pilonidal Sinus (Nadi Vrana). Excised cases of Pilonidal sinus with a maximum length of 5 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of age below 20 years and above 60 years. Patients having multiple sinus track . Pilonidal sinus more than 5 cm in length. Patients suffering from Systemic disease like Diabetese Mellitus. , Hypertension ,T.B. ,Malignancy . HIV,HCV,HBsAg positive subjects.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in pain and tenderness of Pilonidal Sinus (Nadi Vrana)Timepoint: 1 Month The trial drug will be given for 1 month and follow up will be done after 2 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in pain tenderness and Discharge of Nadi Vrana (Pilonidal Sinus)Timepoint: After analyzing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and improvement Partial improvement after 7 days patient get 30 percent relief from sign and symptoms .improvements after 14 days patient get 45-50 percent relief from sign and symptoms Improvement after21 days patientget 60-80 percent relief from sign and symptoms Cured after 1 month patient get 80-100 percent relief from sign and symptoms.
