Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are not under any medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with abnormally low or high hematocrits, as well as those with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, immunologic, renal, hematological, or other organ disorders, patients who required antibiotic premedication or who took coagulation-interfering medications, such as heparin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or coumarin derivatives were excluded.patients with known diabetes
