Intervention1: Group A - Pulsed Electromagnetic therapy(PEMF): Recieve a PEMF therapy for 4weeks( 5 Sessions per week) along with Stretching and Strengthening Exercises for lower limb with Cryotherapy

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects clinically diagnosed with plantar fascitis. 2.age group from 25-60 years 3.People having heel pain in the morning. 4.VAS score ranging between 3 to 7 5.BMI more than 27 6.Those who are willing to participate in the study and willing to take treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who has taken Corticosteroids injection in heel preceding 3 months. 2. Patients with pathological conditions of foot such as infections of foot, calcaneal fracture 3. Not willing to participate in the study
