Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH LABOR COMPLICATIONS SUCH AS EXTENSIVE PERINEAL TEAR PPH PLACENTA RETENTION SYSTEMIC DISORDERS INSTRUMENTAL VAGINAL DELIVERY HIV HBSAG VDRL 3 AND 4 DEGREE PERINEAL TEAR PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS PREGNANCY INDUCED ILLNESSES SUCH AS ANEMIA LEUKOCYTOSIS
