Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Vyanga. 2. Patient of age between 20 years to 50 years. 3. Sex- both female and male. 4. Patient fit for Nasya Karma and Lepa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin diseases of face other than Melasma (Vyanga). 2. Hyperpigmentation since birth. Ex- Nervous of ota. 3. Subjects with local inflammatory skin disorders such as herpes infection. 4. Known cases of allergies skin disease of face. 5. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and previously diagnosed life threatening and complicated systemic diseases. 6. Known case of Polycystic ovary disorder (PCOD) 7. Pregnant and lactating women.
