Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age more than 18 year presenting to emergency department with suspected stroke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with any history of ophthalmic pathology/ manifestation 2 Post cardiac arrest patients

MeasureTime frame
1.To evaluate optic nerve sheath diameter using ultrasonography in patient with suspected stroke in comparison with CT scan to predict raised intracranial pressure. Timepoint: 20 mins

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To asses correlation between optic nerve sheath diameter measurement and GCS to predict raised intracranial pressure.Timepoint: 10 mins
