Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female college students between the age group of 18 to 25 years. 2. Female students carrying backpack on bilateral shoulder and one side female shoulder bag for one or more than one year. 3. Female college students carrying bilateral backpack of approximately particular dimensions with length 30cm, height 45cm, width 15cm and strap width 7cm. 4. Female college students carrying one side female shoulder bag of approximately particular dimensions with length 50cm, height 30cm, width 15cm, strap width 2cm and drop length 30cm. 5. Subjects willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Female students with any previous musculoskeletal trauma or injury to spine especially cervical spine, upper limb and lower limb or with any neurological disorder. 2. Female students with any deformities that is acquired or congenital, such as kyphosis or scoliosis, and variations in limb length. 3. Subjects not willing to participate in the study.
