Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients presenting with clinical signs and symptoms of Vatashtheela (BPH) 2 Controlled case of Hypertension and Diabetes Mallitus 3 Age between 50-80 years 4 Prostate size (volume) upto 100cc
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with any malignancy 2 Patients with other systemic diseases like Tuberculosis, Renal Failure, HIV, HBsAg, Urethral stricture etc 3 Bladder neck Stenosis and Hypertrophy 4 Prostatic calculi 5 Patients with Acute Retention of urine who need surgical intervention
