Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the accuracy of trainees in identifying the cricothyroid membrane using palpation of anatomical landmarks in adult patients by confirming it with ultrasound identification done by an expert.Timepoint: Anytime between 5 to 10 minutes of the initial palpation by the trainee.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome is to determine proportion of trainees correctly identifying cricothyroid membrane using manual palpation based on various grades of trainees that is across JR-II, JR-III and SR.Timepoint: Anytime between 5 to 10 minutes of the initial palpation by the trainee.
