Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate Post MRM patients ongoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with respiratory tract infection within two weeks data collection Patients diagnosed with either congenital or acquired diseases affecting the heart or respiratory system Patients experiencing neurological and musculoskeletal issues that impact the respiratory system Patients with any other condition or medication that can affect the outcome measures
