Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (18 years and above) of either gender 2. Clinically stable at the time of assessment 3. Independant in Self-care activities and able to walk independently with or without the use of assisstive device 4. willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Cognitive impairment ii. Presence of exacerbation of pulmonary condition iii. Breathlessness Grade 3 and 4 based on mMRC dyspnea scale iv. Unstable angina during the previous month and myocardial infarction during in the last 6 months v. Recent musculoskeletal injury to the trunk, upper body and/or lower body quadrant, hemoptysis, pneumothorax at least one year before the study, thoracic spinal scoliosis, substantial chest wall deformity, or acute rib or vertebral fracture, history of any major spinal surgery vi. Being unable to perform any of the required tests (being unable to understand the instructions or being uncooperative). vii. Not willing to participate
