Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with clinically and histopathologically diagnosed primary OSCC 2.Individuals who will undergo primary surgical treatment i.e composite resection surgery for oral squamous cell carcinoma at RUHS associated hospitals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with history of other cancers 2.Subjects with recurrent oral squamous cell carcinoma 3.Subjects diagnosed with any autoimmune disorder 4.Post treatment cases
