Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Histologically confirmed head and neck cancer, Completion of radiotherapy ( chemotherapy) within the last 4 weeks with ECOG 0 2 ,Able and willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent/metastatic disease,Neurological disorders affecting the neck,Orthopaedic limitations preventing neck movement,Severe cognitive impairment

To evaluate the effect of neck exercises on cervical ROM, fatigue, and quality of life in HNC patients post-radiotherapy.Timepoint: 2 years
