Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant age more than 18years Participants posted for caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia ASA Physical Status 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal for spinal anaesthesia ASA Physical Status 3 and above Participants undergoing Cesarean section under General anaesthesia Category 1 Cesarean section.

MeasureTime frame
Recovery of the patients post caesarean section is assessed using obstetric quality of recovery 10 score along with VAS score is noted. early ambulation between the two groups Timepoint: 6 hours 12 hours 24 hours post surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the time for need for the first rescue analgesia. Timepoint: 6 hours 12 hours 24 hours post surgery
