Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I&II Gestational age More Than 37 Weeks Planned For Elective Caesarean Delivery Under Spinal Anesthesia

Exclusion criteria: History Of Gestational Diabetes Or Chronic D Diabetes Hypertensive Disorders Of Pregnancy Cardiovascular Insufficiency Body Mass Index More Than 40 kg/m History Of Allergy To Dexamethasone Participants With Underlying Medical Conditions Using Long Term Steroids Patient Refusal To Participate In The Study
