Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for at least 10 years and diagnosed with Moderate Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN).(according to Toronto clinical system for Diabetic Neuropathy).Hba1c level more than or equal to 8.5 percent.Presence of altered plantar pressure distribution but no active foot ulcers.Walk independently and those who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria: Amputation History Severe Neuropathy Severe Foot deformity Recent Lower Limb Surgery or Fractures
