Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: young adults aged 18 to 25 yrs both male and female included presence of knee hyper extension exceeding 5 degree beyound normal in standing. subject with bilateral hyper extended knee posture. ability and willingness to attend schedulded intervention session and assessments. provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of lower limb surgrey or trauma in the preceding six months presence of knee pain/instability presence of any neurological,any cardiopulmonary,psychosomatic conditions
