Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Herniated disc with root compression confirmed by MRI corresponding with the clinical symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mainly signs of myelopathy Any form of cervical spine surgery in the past Pregnancy
