Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Restorable teeth. 2. Teeth with persistent pain. 3. Teeth with sensitivity to hot or cold. 4. Teeth with at least two third root length. 5. No radiographic evidence of internal or external root resorption. 6. No radiographic evidence of pulpal floor perforations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Grossly decayed teeth. 2. Presence of dentigerous or follicular cyst. 3. Periradicular pathosis involving the permanent tooth bud. 4. Loss of periodontal attachment with loss of bone support. 5. Children with known systemic disease. 6. Teeth with class II,III mobility (Miller s Criteria)

To evaluate and compare the antibacterial efficacy of various intracanal irrigating solutions: Triton New All-in-one, 2.5% Sodium hypochlorite, 17% Ethylene diamineacetic acid (EDTA) and Normal Saline in pulpectomy procedures in primary teethTimepoint: sample from the canal will be taken before and after irrigation. incubation will be done for 24 hours for aerobic analysis and 48 hours for anaerobic analysis.
