Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 Singleton pregnancy Term pregnancy 37wk and more Parturient undergoing cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Pre-existing hypertension or pregnancy induced hypertension. Antepartum hemorrhage Cardiovascular disease Allergic to drug under study. Any other contraindication for spinal anesthesia
