Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 12-16 years of age of either sex. 2. Patients having BMI between 25 to 30. 3. Patients presenting with sign and symptoms of sthaulya. (Nidraadhikya, Kshudrashwas, Kshudhadhikya, Daurgandhya etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known case of Endocrinal disorders like hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome and genetic syndromes. 2. Patients with known case of Diabetes Mellitus, hypertension, cardiac disease or other illness which interfere with the present study. 3. Children with known case of drug induced obesity. 4. Patients having BMI more than 30.
