Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for ercp procedure under general anaesthesia American Society of Anaesthesiologists ASA physical status I II and III Age 18 to 75 Years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated difficult airway Poor lung compliance BMI more than 30 Pregnant women and lactating women ERCP Procedure longer than 90 minutes

To compare changes in Mean Arterial Pressure in mm of hg just after intubation.Timepoint: 1,3,5,10 and 30 min

MeasureTime frame
Heart rate Spo2 Ppeak pressure post opertative sore throat and dysphagaia. Timepoint: 1,3,5,10 ,30 min and 12 hrs
