Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia,aged between 18 to 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preop use of steriods,peptic ulcer,pregnancy,malignancy,immunosuppression,severe renal impairement,liver impairement,preoperative blood glucose greater than 199.8mg/dl
