Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with uncomplicated ABSSSI, such as minor abscess, furuncle, carbuncle, cellulitis, or impetigo. 2. Mild to moderate infection confirmed by SIRS Tool scoring. 3. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent. 4. No prior antibiotic use in the last 7 days. 6. Patients of both sexes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged below 18 and above 60 years. 2.Complicated ABSSSI cases requiring hospitalization or surgical intervention. 3.Immunocompromised patients (e.g., HIV/AIDS, uncontrolled diabetes). 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Any life-threatening condition, whether related to the current infection or due to underlying illness (e.g., active cancer, severe cardiac or respiratory disease, multi-organ failure). 6.Patients who will be unable to provide informed consent, including patients with cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that impair decision-making capacity.
