Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adult patients presenting with pituitary tumours ASA class I & II GCS 15
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient refusal previous nasal surgery pregnancy, cardiac comorbidities raised ICP allergy to study drugs
