Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospital attendants and security personnel working at IHBAS for at least 6 months. Regular interaction with psychiatric patients as part of their job responsibilities. Willingness to provide informed written consent. Ability to understand and follow instructions in Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Personnel not directly involved in patient care. Individuals on long-term leave or administrative assignment. Those who have undergone similar soft skills or communication training in the past 12 months. Unwilling or unavailable for the duration of the study
