Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic swimmers of both genders, aged between 18-28 years old. Swimmers having more than 3 years of experience. Minimum of 6-8 hours of swimming weekly, excluding competitions and who are willing to participate. Participants with a 10 degree or greater difference in internal rotation on their dominant and non-dominant shoulder measured at 90 degrees of abduction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Shoulder pain at study initiation and within 12 months preceding study initiation or major shoulder trauma or surgery within 12 months before initiation of the study. Presence of known any orthopedic or neurologic pathology, or current pain in the shoulder, cervical, or thoracic regions. A history of fracture or surgery of the humerus, scapula, or clavicula in the past 6 months. Any kind of neurological disorders which affect movement system. Positive Neer, Hawkins-Kennedy, and apprehension tests (to rule out rotator cuff disease and glenohumeral instability).
