Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy students with normal vision and an age range of 18 to 30 years. 2. Males and females will be considered for the study. 3. The participants will not have any prior exposure to any form of trataka practice, and no Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). 4. The participants will be right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with epilepsy, glaucoma, or any kind of severe eye problem will be excluded. 2. Smokers and habitual drinkers, and individuals on any medication will be excluded. 3. Those who have no faith in ancient yogic techniques of Indian culture will be excluded.
