Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients aged between 23 to 55 years BMI greater than Normal 18.4 to 24.9 kg/m2, overweight between 25 to 29 kg/m2, Obese greater than 30 kg/m2 Underwent Sperm chromatin dispersion assay testing for DFI Patients who are experiencing infertility for more than 1 year of unprotected intercourse without conception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retrograde ejaculation, severe oligospermia less than 1 mil/ml, azoospermia Cryopreserved sperm Sperm retrieved from surgery Patients with incomplete medical records and incomplete seminal parameters will be excluded from the retrospective study. Patients with history of genetic disorders affecting infertility.
