Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly residents aged between 60 to 75 years residing in selected old-age homes in Udupi taluk Physically able to participate in mild to moderate movement-based activities Able to understand instructions in Kannada or English Willing to participate and provide informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly residents having moderate cognitive impairment MoCA less than 17 out of 30 and balance disorders Elderly residents who are bedridden and have severe physical or mental illnesses Elderly residents who have sensory impairments Elderly residents who have a Geriatric Depression Scale score less than 5
