Intervention1: Core Exercises with Diaphragmatic Breathing: One group of Participants will perform core exercises with diaphragmatic breathing with abdominal rotations and crunches for 3 times a week

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of all genders who would be performing recreational swimming (beginners) from 18-35 years of age. Must not have any cardiovascular disease, pulmonary diseases, or musculoskeletal injuries that could affect performance or safety during exercises. Not been trained previously in structured diaphragmatic breathing techniques. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with a history of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other chronic lung conditions Subjects with recent abdominal surgery, hernia, or other significant abdominal injuries. Pregnant females Subjects who are cognitively impaired.

To compare & determine the effects of the intervention by quantifying it with an index suitable for swimmers & later it would lead to decrease respiratory fatigueTimepoint: 4 weeks
