Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Right-handed university students of the age group 18-25 years with no previous experience of Om Meditation, and provide written, signed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical impairment/mental ailment that interferes with following the meditation instruction and practice
