Inclusion criteria: Any individual aged 18 years and above, and should be residing in India.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who can not reads English will be excluded from the study as the survey will be done in English language. Also, those who make online purchase of medicines, they know English as all online pharmacies have their app in English only.
