Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Both Unmarried and Married Female patients of Age group - 14 to 45 years 2)Diagnosed patient of PCOS by USG presented with symptoms- Amenorrhoea, Oligomenorrhoea, Acne, Hirsutism, Acanthosis nigricans. 3)Patient fit for Basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients suffering from Thyroid Abnormalities. 2)Hyperprolactinemia. 3)Patients suffering from uncontrolled HTN, Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac diseases. 4)Patient unfit for Basti.
