Intervention1: Yoga: Intervention Protocol for the Study The study will enhance key physical fitness parameters muscular flexibility, strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, and body composition.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Male participants aged between 13 to 18 years. Healthy young individuals without any chronic illnesses or significant medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or hypertension), as assessed using the WHO-5 Wellbeing Index. Individuals leading a sedentary or moderately active lifestyle, determined through a self-reported questionnaire. Willingness to voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Participants with disabilities, physical injuries, or mental health conditions (e.g., severe anxiety, depression) that could interfere with physical exercise or yoga practices. Participants currently consuming high-protein dietary supplements. Individuals who are already engaged in any form of structured physical exercise or yoga program on a regular basis.
