Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Between 12 and 25 years of age. II. Pustular eruptions have tendency to suppuration. III. The acne tends to form abscesses or boils with yellowish discharge. IV. Eruptions are painful, sensitiveness to slightest touch and easily bleed. V. Worsen in cold and improve with warmth. VI. Has inflammatory (papules/pustules/nodules) and non-inflammatory acne lesions (closed/open comedones). VII. Has not taken any medication for acne in preceding one month. VIII. Has signed written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Has any drug/alcohol addiction. II. Are breast feeding, pregnant, intended to become pregnant or had significant systemic disease will be excluded from study. III. Having any other skin disease
