Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants of all genders aged between 18 to 59 years Participants of primary stage Cervical Spondylosis will be included according to Kellgren Lawrence Classification grade I and grade II Participants who give written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with traumatic injury of cervical spine Participants with any uncontrolled systemic illnesses like uncontrolled hypertension uncontrolled diabetes etc Participants with radiculopathy and myelopathy Pregnant and lactating mothers Participants of malignancy fracture primary neurological disease previous surgery of neck Participants with any psychiatric illness
