Inclusion criteria: Students who are Studying in undergraduate BSC nursing 5th and 6th semester Both private and public health science universities Students who are exposed to clinical postings in the previous four semesters

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who are perusing another undergraduate program students who are not having Minimum of 80% practical attendance in previous year of postings
