Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women having Amenorrhea for 1 or more than one year Women in natural or surgical menopause Reporting moderate to severe sleep disturbances Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index more than 5 score Willingness to participate in Qigong sessions for 8 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women having menopause less than 1 year were excluded. Presence of any severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders Current participation in other structured exercise programs Use of medications or therapies affecting muscle strength fatigue or sleep quality
