Inclusion criteria: Young Adults aged 18 to 30 years Presence Of Hamstring Tightness No History Of Lower Limb Injury Neurological Conditions Recent Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Condition Affecting Gait Mechanics Or Mobility Limb Length Discrepancies Current Participation In Other Hamstring Flexibility Interventions
