Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anaesthesia physical status 2 patients scheduled for elective caesarean delivery under subarachnoid block. 2. Patients with full term pregnancy of age 20 to 35 years without any coexisting disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A known sensitivity to any study drug. 2. Patient with coexisting disease like Chronic or Pregnancy Induced Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, history of Cardiac or Respiratory disease or with impaired kidney or liver function and severe anemia. 3. Patient having any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia. 4. Onset of labour or multiple pregnancy or polyhydramnios or known fetal abnormalities.
