Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II 2 Body mass index 18 to 30 kg/m 3 Patients undergoing elective mastoid surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local infection at site of block 2. Bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulants. 3. History of allergy to study drugs 4. Pregnant or lactating female 5. Patients with cognitive impairment
