Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Navicular drop test is more than 10 millimeters 2. Medial longitudinal arch angle less than 131 degrees 3. Bilateral Flexible Flat Feet 4. Bilateral Tensor Fascia Latae tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any congenital deformity of the lower limb Any recent injuries of the lower extremities sustained more than six months ago Any neurological deficit Limb Length discrepancy of more than 1.1 cm Participants using an orthosis Any history of malignancy Pregnancy Acute low back pain
