Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Amateur basketball players aged between 18 and 25 years. 2.Players with a minimum of one year of regular basketball training experience. 3.Participants who are medically fit and free from any musculoskeletal injuries. 4.Individuals willing to participate in the entire duration of the plyometric training program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Professional or elite-level basketball players. 2.Individuals with a history of lower limb injuries in the past six months. 3.Participants with any cardiovascular neurological or orthopedic conditions that may limit physical activity. 4.Those unable to commit to the training schedule or study assessments.
