Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with anemia based on WHO criteria hemoglobin less than 13 gms per dal for males, less than 12 gms per dal for females. 2. Underwent NCCT brain within 24 hours of complete blood count

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of intracranial hemorrhage, intracranial surgery, polytrauma, mass lesion, or significant artifact on CT affecting sinus evaluation. 2. History of recent blood transfusion within the past 72 hours. 3. Pregnant patients.
