Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of adult population (18-59 yrs) Participants diagnosed with Panic disorder according to ICD 11 6B01 Participants willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with severe / long term systemic disorder Participants with substance abuse disorder Pregnant and lactating mothers Participants suffering with psychotic disorder or severe organic changes Participants who are immunocompromised

To study the changes in severity of panic disorder symptoms before and after individualised homoeopathic treatment using Panic disorder severity scaleTimepoint: 16 months 6 months enrollment 6 month follow up 2 months study and data analysis 2 months report preparation Panic Disorder Severity scale to be used at Baseline, then every 4 weeks till 24 weeks. ANNOVA to be used.—
