Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults clinically diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis 2.Adults confirmed to have sarcopenia using the Appendicular Skeletal Muscle Index (Body composition analyser).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of recent knee surgery 2.Rheumatoid arthritis, 3.Neurological Disorders
