Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with hamstring tightness(unable to extend knee more than 160 degrees when hip is 90 degree flexed). 2) Subjects playing football at least 2 hours per day and 3 times per week. 3) Subjects willing to participate and completed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with acute or chronic hamstring injury. 2) Subjects with acute or chronic low back pain. 3) Subjects with lower limb surgeries or conditions. 4) Subjects participating in any other clinical trials. 5) Subjects with any neurological or cardiorespiratory conditions,
