Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients signed written consent form Both male and female Age 18 to 25years Normal physical senses Participants who did not participate in any other research from last 1 year Digit span test forward score less than 7 Digit span test backward score less than 5 Prospective and Retrospective memory Questionnaire score 5 to 12

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological condition epileptic attack vertigo Any psychiatric disorder personality Disorder insomnia Visual and hearing impairment like tinnitus conductive hearing loss Any physical and mental disability restricting the implementation of exercise
