Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College level cricketers (fast bowlers), Age between 20 to 26 year old males, Subjects being engaged in sports that require athlete s arm to be above shoulder height on a repetitive basis during throwing, Duration of sporting activities for 2 years with at least 6 months a year and a frequency of minimum 40 minutes thrice a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent upper limb fracture, Recent Rotator cuff tear, Bone disease, Any shoulder and neck surgery in recent years, Spinal deformity, Cervical spine pathology, Glenohumeral subluxation , dislocation, Any other significant joint pain in whole body.
